This is the foundational movements of Hanna Somatics and this practice series is designed to address full-body chronic muscle tension, re-educate your nervous system, and support whole-body coordination through gentle, conscious movement.
You’ll explore slow, repetitive patterns that teach your brain how to let go of holding patterns—patterns that often build up from stress, posture, injury, or simply daily life.
