A Gentle Reset for Your Body and Nervous System

A self-paced, somatic movement series rooted in the Hanna Somatics tradition.
No yoga mat needed. No prior experience required. Just you, your breath, and a soft surface.

The Cat Stretch Plus Series was created to help you do just that. This is the foundational movements of Hanna Somatics and this practice series is designed to address full-body chronic muscle tension, re-educate your nervous system, and support whole-body coordination through gentle, conscious movement.

You’ll explore slow, repetitive patterns that teach your brain how to let go of holding patterns—patterns that often build up from stress, posture, injury, or simply daily life.

  • A 60-minute yoga practice you can return to again and again (12 month access)
