At East Meets West Training, we believe true wellness isn't about chasing perfection—it's about returning to yourself. Founded by Bianca Davis in 2014, our mission is to integrate functional fitness, somatic education, and yoga philosophy into accessible, inclusive experiences that support long-term well-being.
We serve high-achieving, highly sensitive, and often neurodivergent individuals—corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, caregivers, and those managing chronic pain or burnout. Whether you're recovering from injury, navigating stress, or seeking a more embodied way of living, you are welcome here.
East Meets West bridges performance-driven fitness and somatic healing.
We offer more than just yoga or strength training—we offer a return to presence. Every practice honors the nervous system, respects your lived experience, and invites you to move in a way that is both intelligent and intuitive.
Our programs blend:
Functional strength & mobility training
Nervous-system aware yoga & somatics
Mindfulness, meditation, and body-led restoration
Trauma-informed and neurodivergent-aware coaching
East Meets West bridges the gap between performance-driven wellness and somatic depth. This brand holds space for the high-achieving, high-feeling individual who doesn’t need another prescription for productivity—but instead, needs permission to slow down, feel, and choose differently. Bianca’s work is real, raw, and rooted. Her voice speaks to the part of you that’s tired of pretending and ready to return to the body as home
Bianca's work lives at the intersection of movement, mindfulness, and meaning. With roots in both ancient yogic philosophy and modern nervous system science, she offers a powerful blend of somatic strength and inner stillness. Her offerings are for those who are curious about what it means to be more present in their body. If you’re a creative or high achiever who’s burnt out, highly sensitive and/or neurodivergent, you’ll feel right at home. Bianca’s spaces are gentle but strong, intellectually clear but emotionally attuned, and always led with respect for lived experience. This is not about performative wellness. It’s wellness to come home to yourself.
Every offering—from group classes to private sessions—is designed to support your wholeness. Here’s what you can expect when you enter this space:
There’s no “right” way to move here. I'm here to guide you on your own journey of Self Discovery and Body Awareness. You’ll receive gentle, choice-based guidance designed to help you connect with your body—on your own terms. Permission to skip, modify, or rest is built into every practice.
You won’t be distracted or surprised by loud music or overpowering scents. Sound and sensory elements are used intentionally and sparingly—and I’ll always let you know ahead of time if they’re part of the plan. Need the camera off? Just let me know.
Whether you live with chronic pain, fatigue, disability, hypermobility, or you're simply moving through a tough week— practice will meet you there. Props, chairs, walls, and non-traditional options are always available and encouraged.
This is a space where stimming, silence, emotion, stillness, and fidgeting are welcome. You don’t have to make eye contact, you don’t have to stay still, and you don’t need to explain why something isn’t working for you.
You don’t have to show up happy. You don’t have to hide your messiness. I aim to create a space where your whole self is safe to land—whether you’re here to find ease, build strength, or just breathe.

At East Meets West Training & Yoga, wellness is not one-size-fits-all.
This is a space where all bodies, all backgrounds, all nervous systems, and all lived experiences are welcome—and deeply considered in the way offerings are designed.
I believe wellness is personal and political. It’s not just about self-improvement—it’s about reclaiming space in a world that too often demands we disconnect, conform, or push through.
Neurodivergent minds and sensitive systems
Chronic pain, disability, and fluctuating capacity
Cultural and ancestral identities
Queer, trans, and gender-expansive beings
Every body—at every stage, shape, and ability
All classes and programs are invitational, not prescriptive. You are the expert on your body.
Low-sensory, trauma-aware options are offered in every session. Scents, music, or intense visuals are either optional or clearly communicated ahead of time.
I provide multiple movement variations, including chair, wall, or fully still practices.
Language used in class centers agency, consent, and curiosity—not performance or perfection.
Pricing, when possible, includes sliding scale or community support options.
My work is continually evolving. If there’s something I can do to support your access or participation, I am open to feedback and committed to learning. You are invited to share your access needs, boundaries, or requests before or during any offering.
This is not a space where you have to mask, shrink, or over-explain.
You belong here. Just as you are.
