Membership includes 1x weekly 60 minutes strength-focused training session in person in Central Houston or virtually through zoom. Plus, customized at home strength progression plan, access to me to ask questions or receive form feedback, performance tips, and encouragement on your progress.
This is a monthly recurring membership with a minimum 3 month commitment. Progress will take time and come in phases. I will be there to guide you and empower you to adjust, adapt and alter your plan according to your needs, changing energy levels, and cycle fluctuations. Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself. If you're joining in person, I have all the props you need. If you're joining virtually, a yoga mat or firm surface is great, and I’ll guide you on any easy home items that you can use as props (think pillows, blankets, or a chair).
Can I get a recording of my session?
Yes! If you’re doing virtual sessions, you will receive your recording so you can revisit your custom practice whenever you want a refresh or simply prefer to follow along.
