This 1:1 personalized training program is designed specifically for hypermobile individuals and those managing complex chronic conditions. By blending functional strength training, mobility work, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation, we focus on building stability, reducing pain, and helping you move with confidence and control.

Unlike one-size-fits-all training plans, this approach is about meeting you where you are each session—understanding that your energy, pain levels, and movement capacity can fluctuate. This is a judgment-free space where we train with your body, not against it.

How It Works:

🔹 Step 1: Discovery Session – We start with an in-depth consultation to understand your body’s unique needs, limitations, and goals. If we decide to work together, this session fee is applied to your training package.

🔹 Step 2: Customized Training Plan – We co-create a plan that fits your body, energy levels, and movement capacity, with session frequency tailored to your needs (1-3x per week).

🔹 Step 3: Weekly Training Sessions – We meet virtually or in-person in Houston, using adaptive strength and movement strategies that prioritize stability and pain-free function.

🔹 Step 4: Ongoing Support & Adjustments – Because chronic conditions and hypermobility can change day-to-day, we adjust the plan as needed to ensure you’re progressing safely and sustainably.

Since every client’s needs vary, training frequency is flexible based on your availability, goals, and how much support you need.
