We start by getting to know the terrain: your goals, energy, lifestyle, past injuries or patterns. We’ll assess posture and movement, then begin planting seeds with a short, tailored session.
Session 2 – Your Personalized Practice Plan (60 min)
I deliver your custom yoga program—designed to support growth in the ways you want: more ease, less pain, deeper presence, better recovery, or steadier breath.
Session 3 – Prune, Nurture, Integrate (60 min)
We check in, refine what’s working, and look ahead to how you can keep tending to your practice with confidence.

What’s the difference between this and a regular class ?
This isn’t just a class—it’s a journey. Across three sessions, we explore your body’s unique needs, create a personalized plan, and support your growth with thoughtful guidance. You’ll leave with tools you can return to again and again.
How long do I have to book the sessions once I purchase?
You can schedule your three sessions anytime within 8 weeks of purchase. I’ll reach out to you personally once you register to find times that work with your schedule.
What if I have an injury or chronic condition like hypermobility or pain?
You’re in the right place. I have years of experience working with folks navigating pain, hypermobility, postural imbalances, and nervous system sensitivity. We'll tailor everything to feel safe, supportive, and sustainable for you.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself. If you're joining in person, I have all the props you need. If you're joining virtually, a yoga mat or firm surface is great, and I’ll guide you on any easy home items that you can use as props (think pillows, blankets, or a chair).
Can I get a recording of my session?
Yes! If you’re doing virtual sessions, you will receive your recording so you can revisit your custom practice whenever you want a refresh or simply prefer to follow along.
