Push Basics introduces you to foundational pushing movements that build upper body strength and stability. Using a mix of bands and dumbbells, you’ll work through Band Kneeling Chest Press, Kneeling Push-Ups, Narrow Push-Ups (for triceps), Dumbbell Chest Fly, and Dumbbell Shoulder Press. These moves strengthen the chest, shoulders, and triceps while teaching proper form and control. The session closes with stretches for your chest and shoulders to restore mobility and balance.
