Strength: Lunge Foundations

Lunge Basics is a strength-building session designed to teach you proper lunge mechanics while building stability and control. With just a pair of dumbbells, you’ll move through Reverse Lunges, Side Lunges, Curtsey Lunges, and Switching Lunges (with a special note for hypermobile bodies). Each variation challenges balance, mobility, and strength in a different way, giving you well-rounded lower-body training. We’ll finish with stretches for your hamstrings, quads, and glutes to restore balance and recovery.
