Using a combination of minibands, loop bands, and dumbbells, you’ll learn proper hinge mechanics and strengthen your glutes and hamstrings with progressive variations: Glute Bridge, Long Banded Bridge, B-Stance Bridge, Dumbbell RDL, and Band-Resisted Deadlift. Expect a balance of teaching, burn, and flow — with timed intervals to keep you moving and challenged.
