Membership includes 1x weekly 60 minutes strength-focused training session in person in Central Houston or virtually through zoom. Plus, customized at home strength progression plan, access to me to ask questions or receive form feedback, performance tips, and encouragement on your progress.

This is a monthly recurring membership with a minimum 3 month commitment. Progress will take time and come in phases. I will be there to guide you and empower you to adjust, adapt and alter your plan according to your needs, changing energy levels, and cycle fluctuations. This is about building real and lasting trust and confidence in your body — and that is the strength that hypermobile bodies need.

1:1 Personal Training Members will also get free access to any online yoga pop-ups and workshops or events.
